Citywide & East River/Open Waters LTCP Recommended Plan Meeting

Join the NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for a public meeting on the Citywide/Open Waters Long Term Control Plan (LTCP). The goal of the LTCP is to better understand the water quality impacts of combined sewer overflows (CSOs) and to evaluate various CSO controls.
