• Follow up on our request for EPA’s specific plan for and timing of the remediation of Thomas Greene Park and DD Pool.
• Parcel 4 of the former Citizens MGP site.
• Planning for Dr. Smith’s visit.
• The temporary installation of vibration-monitoring devices in the homes of the Nevins and Sackett Street neighbors.
• Availability of the TAGA Bus’s data and proposed open house.
• Status of Aaron Fischer’s (DEC) response regarding a) recent work at lower Court Street at and near the St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Church and b) monitoring wells that have not been recently tested.
• Follow up on the CAG’s request for the dump-truck route for the removal of the former Fulton MGP CSO construction site’s contaminated soil.
