Agenda:
– Follow up on EPA’s & NYC Parks Department’s responses to Committee’s letter regarding Thomas Greene Park and the DD Pool.
– Follow up on the Committee’s letter response regarding Parcel 4.
– Discuss drafting a letter to NYSDEC regarding Parcels 1, 2 & 4 of the former Citizens MGP Works site.
– Review DEC’s current TCE Plume study at and around 543 Union Street & 280 Nevins Street, and ask for an update as to when we’ll receive the results of the TCE Plume study that was done near St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Church.
