Hi Steve, based on recent discussions within the Committee, I drafted the attached resolution for its consideration. This is intended to express support for Assembly Member Jo Anne Simon’s recent publicized letters to DEC. I’m hoping you could include this in the agenda for our next meeting. I’ve saved the resolution on-line here, and if I set it up correctly, this should give committee members access in case they want to preview, comment and/or edit in advance:
