Mark informed me that he will not be able to attend Tuesday’s meeting and suggested that I share an email exchange we had regarding National Grid’s lawsuit. Please see the attached email exchange.

3) Review draft Resolution regarding the Owls Head CSO Tank site.

When you have a moment, please review the attached draft that Jason has kindly spent a significant amount of time drafting and be prepared to discuss at our meeting.
