Committee discussed impact of DEP\u2019s retention tunnel.<\/p>\n
Pros include: a) it can be expanded, b) a better park is possible, and c) less intrusive construction.<\/p>\n
Cons include: a) it will take longer, b) it puts the ROD at risk, c) there are unknown subsurface conditions, and d) increased energy consumption.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
