Con Edison Third Avenue Yard to be remediated under State Brownfield Cleanup Program; NYSDEC accepting comments through September 8th

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation announced recently that the Con Edison Third Avenue Yard will be remediated under the State’s Brownfield Cleanup Program.
